What a Day Brightner...

The Perfect Country and Western Story

My editor wrote - the final reader contacted me this morning and this is what she had to say: One of the best things a good story has is wonderful characters, I fell in love with all of them, but I must say Patrick was my favorite. I did cry in a part or two which added to the flow of the book. All in all great job, loved the story.

I can't wait to announce a release date....

Christmas Mischief
Christine Columbus
Contemporary romance
Available from The Wild Rose Press
December 2007

Heading to her Grandma’s, out in the country, for Christmas, Amber gets stuck with a flat tire. Then her dog accidentally locks her out of the car without her coat, her cell phone and no way to call for help. She’s caught acting like a fool trying to get back into her car by a very handsome stranger, who after helping her out and flirting like crazy, doesn’t even ask for her phone number. What else could possibly go wrong?
What a cute story. Amber and Tony make a very cute couple. You know that any man who would help a little old lady who was recently widowed would make a great guy to spend your life with. Amber’s dog, Charlie, is hilarious. His crazy actions will have you holding your side from laughing so hard. And while you will find yourself feeling sorry for Amber’s situation, you will also find yourself envious of her. This book is a fun, cute read that will put a smile on your face and will restore your belief that there really are good guys out there. If you enjoy a quick read that will put a smile on your face and a warm feeling in your heart, you need to read this book.
